A&S Tackle Corp. strives to maintain strict quality tolerances and product specifications. There may be times when component availability may affect our construction and /or product descriptions. Additionally, we constantly seek to improve and upgrade our products, either internally or by customer suggestion. We therefore reserve the right to alter our products and pricing at anytime without prior notice.

We have the ability to manufacture or match many custom color requests. On specialty requests we frequently will make a preliminary sample for approval. Specialty custom color sales are subject to a minimal order quantity based on the type of order and production availability. All specialty custom color orders are final.

Terms Of Sale

Our standard industry payment terms are 2% 10 days, net 30 days, once proper credit has been established. Early payment discount is not allowed on credit card payments. We accept the following credit cards: Discover, Master Card and Visa. Please contact us for further information regarding credit card payments. First time orders are COD certified check unless pre-paid by check or credit card. First time orders pre-paid by company check will not be shipped until the check has cleared. No backorders. Any out of stock item will need to be re-ordered. We will confirm pricing and product availability upon receiving your order. The order will be processed after we receive your acceptance of the order.

Orders are typically shipped UPS ground unless requested otherwise.
